有關英國Royal Mail寄送時間?

想請問各位大大,小弟我9/21日在曼聯的購物網站上購買了一件球衣,
當時沒想太多想說寄送到台灣應該不難吧...就選了一般standard delivery
運費為6.95英鎊,運送時間為3~7個工作天(網站上寫的....)
9/22號收到客服來信告知9/22已透過royal mail寄送,內文如下

到今天我還是沒收到我的球衣,所以想請問各位大大,一般這樣的寄送方式,
應該多久我會收到貨品??是我太急了嗎??
還是真的要照它信上說的等17個工作天後才可以跟他們聯絡我沒收到東西呢?
希望各位大大能幫助我了解一下...
