Over the past 2 weeks we received a very high number of orders originating from Taiwan where we also received an identical email. We, in conference with ebay, found these to be highly suspicious and assumed fraudulent. Regrettably your order was one of these. We have now been made aware that a forum post was placed on www.mobile01.com where the poster advised buyers to email us with an English paragraph. This is not normal behaviour that we expect to see and the orders were therefore blocked and refunded. For future orders an email is not required to be sent to us for us to process your order.
We welcome your custom and hope you will place another order for this jacket, or another item. We have asked ebay to unblock your account and we now ship to Taiwan once again.
By way of apology for this I’d also like to offer you 10% off your next order. You will need to pay for this and email us after dispatch for us to refund the 10%.

大家還發一樣內容的信給superdry去處理訂單，如果我是廠商，我也一定覺得奇怪
怎麼會大家都發一模一樣的內容，又都去定一樣的衣服。可能是受到駭客入侵才會有這樣的行為
所以才會暫時凍結大家帳號，大家以後應該要避免抄別人的信的內容，好歹要改一下吧
我猜他會找到01的網站，一定是把信件內容去google蒐尋找到的。
我想他信件最後幾句就可以很明白的說01上有人建議同一段英文信的內容，我想大家抱怨歸抱怨，但是盡量不要用同樣的內容，這對網站管理者來說，很容易誤會是駭客入侵，才會在同一時間，不同郵件位址及IP，但是信的內容又重覆。
不信的話，大家把英文信內容上google 馬上就可以找到01了
所以大家看完最後幾段，應該就會知道被封鎖的原因了
一定是你抄襲別人的信件內容，去請他們處理訂單
