a.testoni是比BALLY和TOD'S高級一點,那是因為他堅持不出相對低價的鞋子拓展市佔率
這麼說好了,如果以愛瑪士柏金包來比喻a.testoni,那BALLY可算是LV包甚至LOEWE包,可是很多人不知道,LV及LOEWE除了專櫃賣的量產包外,其實是有提供高檔素材手工的訂製包,其價格秒殺柏金包,也就是說,乍看之下HERMES是包包的王者,但別家其實也有王牌,只是一般人用刻版印象去評斷HERMES不管怎麼樣就是比較好,
簡單的說,如果你拿一個LV手工訂製鱷魚皮包和一個近30萬的柏金包去問一個女人誰高檔,我猜女人會說HERMES,不過也間接證明那女人只是膚淺的認品牌其實骨子裡根本不識貨
不過你拿手錶當例子的部份就和實際狀況有很大落差了,PP我贊成,因為他就是公認的王者,
但勞力士從來就不是一線錶廠,事實上他只能算三線錶廠,甚至連IWC都比他好,IWC從高檔的戰馬到平民的馬克都有,
舉個極端的例子,你拿一支IWC戰馬和勞力士水鬼在台灣問路人,搞不好10個有9個會說水鬼好,只因為他是勞力士,只是聽在有接觸鐘錶的玩家可能會哭笑不得吧
也許勞力士也有很強的製錶工藝,或許是自我的定位的認知,他始終顧守的是合理價格耐操的領域,是平民界的王牌錶款,也許喜歡勞力士的板眾可能聽了以上這些話會不太滋味,我也承認也許勞力士有媲美一級錶廠的製錶工藝,只是他始終沒有證明過,無法眼見為憑一切都成為空談
所以論製錶工藝VC,AP,寶璣,積家,格拉蘇蒂,伯爵,帕瑪強尼...等都比勞仔強太多了

You can't compare a custom LV bag to a normal birkin.
Also, according to you, SF is the best because many star wears it? Well, then I guess Rolex should be the best too, because many star wears it.

Rolex is really not my cup of tea....
我也是IWC的FAN 應該是死忠的 呵
PP ,郎格 等都的我沒什興趣 那比較像收藏品 而不是日常用品
但是IWC一看就對眼了
我上文舉PP,ROLEX 是說一堆牌子都比這兩牌歷史久
但是並不能說那些牌子做的錶 只因為歷史久就比較好
世人推舉的PP ROLEX就算歷史沒那長 但是它就是舉世公認的好
一個是平民王者 一個是皇者王者
但我還是喜歡IWC....除了SPITFIRE系列外 每個系列都有我喜歡的款

Making shoes or clothes for a star doesn't mean a star really likes them, it could be they are free or marketing ploy.
As for Rolex, many famous people like them, such as Ralph Lauren. It's true that Rolex hires famous people as their spokesman, but so does other brands.
The point is, SF is no where near the top of men's shoes hierarchy. I am not saying John Lobb is the best, I am sure there are some obscure brands that makes better shoes, but I doubt you can find people who knows shoes and think SF is the best.
SF had been good at shoes, but not anymore, they make too many low end shoes. However, I do think John Lobb is starting to get too commercialized, and worse, they are getting more expensive to the point they are overpriced.
