花一點時間讓大家瞭解一下STP 的運作. 基本上STP 的退貨機制和處理都是不錯的,我至少在STP 買了上百萬台幣的貨品. 收到的貨品並非每一件都是盡如人意,不喜歡就直接寫明退貨理由UPS回去. 美國境內有瑕疵或損傷的免運費,不喜歡或是尺寸不合的自付運費$6.99. 退貨得在收到貨品3個月內,以前是1年.

按照你的個案:若你是從STP 直運台灣若有合理退貨理由且金額不是很高STP 會退你全額購物費貨品免費留下,若金額很高STP 會付運費回收貨品. 若是你用美國代送,STP 會付從代送送回STP 的運費每個包裹STP 都附一張打印好的UPS回運單.

2nd 貨品品管:
STP 每天倉庫每天進貨沒有50萬件也有十來萬件. 要每天每件物品打開檢查是不可能的,每天處理的退貨量也相當高倉儲人員頂多看看物品使用狀況有沒有缺零件. 至於鞋舌歪一邊基本上是不會被注意到的,因為STP 賣的東西五花八門不可能各種狀況都會注意到的. 所以才有退貨機制. 我曾收過一雙靴已經被穿的鞋跟磨損皮革被軟皮劑搞得不成靴型,向客服抱怨它們只是說把貨寄回去免運費. 它們還願意給$12退費實在令我這個老客戶羨慕. 若是STP 每樣商品都得一項項檢查那麼售價可能往上加個$10以上. 在美國是 honor system, 它們進貨廠商說的話它們會相信,一旦廠商貨品出問題那信賴基本上就不存在了. 2nd貨品也是如此,廠商說2Nd只是表面損傷不影響穿著STP 也不用費力再檢查了. 除非問題貨百分比太高.

最近似乎有些經由代送轉運台灣的個案有你類似退貨的情況,假如太多個案那STP 可能會終止代送購物.

根據我在STP 購物的經驗是:1價格再低也絕不會買到假貨 2 價格若不是最低也幾乎是最低了 3可以退貨,臺灣公司大部分是貨既出概不退還.

最後鞋舌歪一邊問題,只要鞋舌一邊剪低就沒問題了. 最後男鞋和女鞋是不一様的,女鞋楦頭通常比較窄用料也較輕. 不太建議抱著試試的心態去買.

就是退貨過多也可以導致台灣不被郵寄或是代購
這就是最大的問題
很多人覺得自己只是個案例
但你一個案例就可能導致整個決策翻轉
任何事情都是有可能的
另外一個就是態度
讓對方覺得你非常難搞
廠商也會避免類似再被退貨的情形發生
我前面有說過
台灣太多方便
讓台灣人認為很多事情都是理所當然
這個案例來說
從付出的成本就大概可以推論出出來的品質一定跟良品有差
要小花錢卻要大品質
這應該只在台灣才會出現!~

我認為你手上的60usd鞋子符合FS標準沒問題,是你用太高標準去看FS鞋子,

以你看鞋子的標準,應該就是希望FS品看起來跟正常品很接近,刻意檢視也看不出瑕疵,

如果是這樣,60usd應該沒辦法在STP買到你要的。

我會建議你改拿有限的預算支持台灣品牌,La New、ASO,或者是比較平價的CAT。

另外,如果成功退貨,還請不吝上網告知大家STP對你的最後處理方式和回覆。

希望不會是停權你的STP帳號,然後連帶停權其他台灣的消費者。

我看台灣不只服務業奴性夠,消費者的奴性才是真正重到讓人驚訝不已,買個東西怕東怕西的,不送台灣又如何?大不了少一個讓人踩地雷的管道而已。而且真的要買的話也不是沒有辦法,找美國代收還比STP直送便宜的多,真不知道在怕什麼。

況且花五到七折買瑕疵品真的有便宜到哪去嗎?沒買到明顯重大瑕疵的叫運氣好,中了只是剛好。

不直送台灣不就讓某些人感到不便。
若這也要扯奴性,
那取消直寄台灣,卻還偏要找代收,這豈不是在跪舔?

你的第二封信,非常不得體.



第一段: “..I don't even ask you to compensate for the shipping fee from the USA to Taiwan”憑什麼?你用轉寄服務,對STP來說你就是個在美國的客戶,誰理你之後轉到哪國?


第三段:”You sent me crap like that and boast American made craftsmanship? Are you kidding me?” 鞋子不是stp做的,不喜歡factory 2nd退了就是,攻擊美國製說寄crap給你會不會有點扯?


第五段:”Anyway I will sent them back and I want you to reimburse the returning international shipping fee.”罵完人開始要錢了,跟你說,return policy和步驟在網站清清楚楚,啊不是英文很好?買的時候怎不看?
然後開始用台灣人威脅了,我看了都臉紅,”If you think your refusal to cover the returning the international shipping fee is righteous, then insist on it. Taiwanese customers would know STP sells 2nds and treat you as 2nds.”
又再盧運費,有完沒完,你認為stp不好,台灣人就要認同,who do you think you are? speak for yourself, ok?你個人的消費糾紛別綁架台灣人好嗎?

And why is my comment about the shoes on the product page still not approved? Is it the truth you don't want people know ? Maybe someone purchased them before and returned them and you still sold them to me? You knew they are seriously flawed but you still sold them again? Didn't you?


Anyway I will sent them back and I want you to reimburse the returning international shipping fee. That's the least you should do. You take international orders; you knew I'm from Taiwan at first, and you accepted the credit card issued by a Taiwanese bank. The only difference is some Taiwanese use direct shipping and some use forwarding agents. You want me to believe you sent me any crap like that and I either cover the back and forth costs or keep the badly made product , OK. It's the the era of Internet. People share information online. You have many customers from Taiwan who get to know you via web word of mouth. If you think your refusal to cover the returning the international shipping fee is righteous, then insist on it. Taiwanese customers would know STP sells 2nds and treat you as 2nds.


Once again let me know the returning process, and imo they shouldn't be on the market and pretend they are 2nds.
