Spinach Puffy Christmas Tree
菠菜酥皮聖誕樹


材料及份量
Cream Cheese 6oz
Frozen / Fresh Spinach 1 cup
Puff Pastry 2 Frozen Sheets
Chedder or Mozzarella Cheese Grated 1 cup
Basil (optional)


忌廉芝士6盎司
冷凍/新鮮菠菜1杯
急凍酥皮2片
切碎芝士1杯
九層塔(自己選擇)

seasoning調味料
Garlic Salt 1/2 teaspoon 蒜鹽 1/2 茶匙
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon 黑胡椒碎 1/2 茶匙
Chili Powder 1/2 teaspoon 辣椒粉 1/2 茶匙


Steps
1. Cream cheese need to put into the room temputure.
2. Wash well for the fresh spinach, cut it and boil into the hot water.
3. Take out the puff pastry to be room temperature
4. Mix cream cheese with spinach put the seasoning
5. Puff pastry is soft enough so can cut the Christmas tree shape
6. Put the spinach on the puff pastry evenly , put the cheese, put the puff pastry on top
7. Cut the Christmas tree and twist it gently
8. Add the egg on the top.
9. Cut the star shape
10. 180 degree for 10mins, then 200 degree for 8-10mins (if the color is not brown enough can put it upper layer at the last or put longer time)

步驟
1.忌廉芝士需要放於室溫。
2.洗淨新鮮的菠菜,切成薄片,然後放入熱水中煮沸。
3.取出急凍酥皮到室溫放軟
4.將忌廉芝士和菠菜拌入調味料
5.急凍酥皮足夠柔軟,可以切成聖誕樹形狀
6.將菠菜均勻地放在酥皮上,再放上去芝士碎上,再將酥皮放在上面
7.切開聖誕樹並輕輕扭曲
8.掃上雞蛋
9.切出星形酥皮
10. 180度10分鐘,然後200度8-10分鐘(如果顏色不夠棕色,可以將其放在最後一層或放置更長的時間)
