As someone here mentioned previously, even when the car is a "lemon" or has some material defect, 永業只關心折舊必須客人自行吸收. 聯絡德國原廠後, 也只是轉到新加坡分公司, 再轉回永業處理. At the end of the day, my problem was not dealt with at all. 永業最厲害的絕招就是跟你耗, 再告知插電腦沒錯誤訊息就沒事 (which is quite ridiculous). Hopefully you will get a better result than me.
