To make sure that the PDF files can be viewed on S3, the name of the file must be in English, I have tried to save the file name in Chinese but both Acrobat or PicselBrowser cannot open it.

After install the softwares and convert the file to PDF format, both Simplified and Tranditional Chinese documents can be seen on S3.
