XDA II ROM Upgrade Problem

Anyone has successfully upgrade its ROM from the pgm download from O2?
I am using xdaII_upgrade_16044eng.exe and always report a 101 communication error.

Help pls.

never has the problem. make sure the file is not corrupted

Got it solved by turning off zone alarm on my PC.
