荷蘭外食很貴啊，其實荷蘭人很多會自己帶中餐，其實就是簡單的三明治或者是沙拉，當初實在是吃不慣他們的食物，天天麵包或者馬鈴薯，跑去買中國人開的炒燴飯，一份最便宜大約6歐，換算當時約台幣240, 那燴飯在台灣了不起賣你80你就嫌貴了的份量，後來都變成自己去買來煮，超商的肉類都不貴，尤其是牛肉價格跟台灣差不多，後來天天吃自己煮的咖哩吃到怕，蔬菜倒是比台灣貴，因為歐洲不像亞洲蔬果可以一年四季都生長，會下雪等因素，但總體而言，物價雖然貴，但是如果自己開火還是還算便宜。
