倒不認為俄的國力占不了烏克蘭全境,而是代價過高的問題,
一來以俄喜歡有中間緩衝國的習慣來說沒必要這麼做,
直接占掉烏克蘭要跟北約多個國家直接接壤,
與這種沒有緩衝容易直接產生衝突的不安定狀態相比,
留著個孱弱的烏克蘭當北約避震器的好處大得太多。
二來歐美就是要消耗俄的國力這點俄國自己也已明白,
所以停止激進的打法,用最小代價維持戰果也反消耗歐美的耐心,
