我的機器上禮拜用到一半自己斷電了
然後沖煮器就卡住 再次通電後也無法運作 手動也不知道如何搬開
覺得滿好笑的怎麼機器不會自己跑完沒完成的動作
就這樣致電台灣飛利浦 詢問保固

我:德國亞馬遜這麼大的官方賣家 會有嗎?

想到這我就滿無言的 ...... 如果不一定有蓋章保卡,那怎麼還列為必需品?
最奇怪的是:德國亞馬遜跟我有保證卡,但我問我認識的用戶都說沒有

既然是電子發票,怎麼台灣飛利浦還要求正本發票
以上總結就是:台灣飛利浦製造出一個難以跨越的牆
他跟我說要兩樣必需品「蓋章保卡」「正本發票」
但前者我周遭的用戶都跟我說沒收到(但亞馬遜說有)
後者我周遭的用戶都跟我說沒收到(因為現在都用電子發票,亞馬遜會補寄)
下場就是用戶要自己用英文去跟亞馬遜溝通後續
不論如何,英文都是必須,因為這兩個東西根本沒有在你手上
我的意思是
現在很多保固都只要提供購買證明,任何形式就可以了
機子本身也一定會有零件序號可以比對才是
怎麼維修個東西還要這麼多手續文件,重點是這兩樣根本不是隨機附贈的
如果一個牌子宣稱支持全球保固 那就不應該不甘願的執行
台灣飛利浦還跟我說:等我備齊了文件,還要問一下長官看能不能修
我心想這是啥?東西都還沒寄去就可以決定要不要修水貨
最後我問了德國亞馬遜如何維修,他們提議我我直接退貨 refund 過去
但是我覺得很奇怪,因為我已經超過試用期,怎麼不是維修
所以我就問他如果我改買 delonghi 會如何執行保固
他只跟我說每個case不一樣
所以到底是怎樣不一樣........ 也沒人知道
我只想說當初決定買 Saeco 是因為台灣能修 但如果台灣要修不修的樣子
我不如花時間寄去德國退或是修 頂多空窗期在買一台補就好
所以這樣的話買 Delonghi 也差不多了 而且目前兩者價格幾乎一樣了
之前也是比較喜歡 Delonghi 但考慮價格跟保固 選了 Saeco
但是Saeco 讓我有點失望了==

Please note: Given that your order is still in the before packing and not yet shipped this option is not yet available I kindly have to ask for a bit more patience. The option will be available after you have received a confirmation of shipment.
As for the stamp, given the German law we are not able to stamp it, I kindly ask for your understanding.
We could offer to send a commercial invoice or alternatively you can request the warranty from the manufacturer.
If this however should not prove to be enough, you are free to cancel:
You may cancel any unshipped items yourself through the "Mein Konto" link on our website (www.amazon.de).
After clicking on "Mein Konto" click on the link "Meine Bestellungen".
On the next page, enter your e-mail address in the field "Meine E-Mail-Adresse ist" and enter your password in the field "Ja, ich habe ein Passwort:" Then click on the button "Jetzt anmelden".
Now you will be able to view your orders. Next to each order you will find the button "Artikel stornieren" (= Cancel Order).
The next page will display each unshipped item listed with a check box under the "Storniere Artikel" column. Please note that items listed as "1 wird demnaechst versandt" cannot be cancelled, as they have already entered the shipping process.
Click the check box for any items you'd like to cancel. Then click the "Markierte Artikel stornieren" button. That is it. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation.
