There are a few things I need to ask about;
1. Are you pouring boiling water into the water reservoir? Your Little Guy is designed to start at room temperature using cold/room temperature water to fill the boiler.
2. When using the Illy Espresso grind are you using the espresso basket or the supermarket basket? You need to use the supermarket basket with all store bought coffee as this is usually a coarser grind.
It’s looking like your water is coming through way too quickly and not able to build up enough pressure for any cream and therefor you will also have no back pressure for your milk. With gas, you should expect your extraction to begin around the 9-10 minute mark.
Please let me know how you go with the above information and if you feel that this has solved some of your problems.

水好像太快通過去 以至於沒有足夠的壓力(這點我們也觀察到了阿= =)來煮
奶泡的部分 我影片上是故意不用牛奶 因為不想浪費
我知道如果要打奶泡 瓦斯就不用這麼早關掉
奶泡部分大概是這樣
但最後說 用瓦斯 要十分鐘才開始萃取??
我是跟他說我影片大概3分開始噴水蒸氣 6分 左右 咖啡就出來了
10分鐘才出來的話 那不就是要很小火.............??
各位覺得呢?

等等還有小火煮的 並且一樣 冷水 然後用正確的basket
