Jim Bowden of The Athletic reports that the Phillies and Marlins have agreed upon a J.T. Realmuto trade.
Miami's return package will be headlined by top pitching prospect Sixto Sanchez and catcher Jorge Alfaro, and Bowden hears that the Marlins will also get 21-year-old left-hander Will Stewart and one other piece from the Phillies. More to come.
The Magic are trading for Markelle Fultz in exchange for a first-round pick, a second-round pick and Jonathon Simmons, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com.
It's a Woj Bomb. When the 76ers added Tobias Harris in a trade, it made it more likely that Fultz was going to be traded away to lower their cap number. The Magic have become obsessed with length and they'll take a shot on Fultz' seven-foot wingspan. His shoulder issues and endless problems are risks, but the Magic were able to get him pretty cheap. This helps his long-term value, but his re-draft value in fantasy is still unclear given his injury.
