I started watching games a year after Jordan won his first trophy.
Younger generations wouldn't be able to understand how exciting those games were played compared to games being played today.
It was the era that full with skilled 7 footers, guards that really know how to pass and shoot the ball.
It may not have that many high lights having players flying over the top of the rim and dunk, but it's all skills and fundamental, which is basketball truly all about.
I still got goose bumps seeing AI do the crossover, MJ's trademark fade away, Reggie's pick n roll etc...
Nowadays you watching the game with bunch of really talented younger players play more with their physical privilege rather than skills.
It's still fancy, but not everyone can learn from it. That's when I loose my appetite to the games.
There are still great players like Kobe, Timmy, Dirk, CP3...remain in the game, but more of u know who type of players enter to the league, which from the long term perspective, not attractive to us who are more adored to the players' basketball skills than body presence.
