2/24 我付費購買了 Sack of Gems，然後我就用這些寶石來升級 Laboratory 與建造 Archer Queen，弄完這兩個後寶石也差不多快消耗完了，所以我就下線。
後來當天 Server 出了大問題，COC 完全登不進去，有玩的人應該記憶猶新。直到 2/25 早上、才登入進去。
一進去發現、Laboratory 並沒有在升級、Archer Queen 也不見了，重點是寶石也被扣掉了。
於是寫了封信去反應，希望他們快點解決，沒想到拖很久... (處理效率真是差到不行)
我的 Email：
Dear Sir/Madam,
On Feb. 24th I paid 590 NT dollars to buy "Sack of Gems", and used them to upgrade Laboratory and built Archer Queen.
Then on the morning of Feb. 25th（GMT+08:00 Taipei Time）when I logged in, I found that Laboratory was not upgraded and Archer Queen was not built. But Gems were deducted.
Please help me fix this problem as soon as possible.

We are sorry that some of your upgrades were not completed properly.
We have informed the team and checked our records and found no evidence that a crash or disconnection could provoke lost gems or resources.
We are sorry that you had to do your upgrade again but everything should still be available. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel this action or offer any refund in this situation.
Our sincere apologies for the time lost.
