另外, 你意思是會先分解骨骼肌再分解儲存的脂肪嗎?

搞不太懂你本身就有足夠的能源何必一定要再補充營養

話說剛注意到個盲點

減重跟增肌最好不要同時並行,應該先減重再增肌,大約以體脂肪18%為分界線
另外一件事情,水分攝取也很重要
颱風天,大家注意安全不要跑出去冒險運動

Alright, you are writing about metabolic pathway, specifically catabolism, muscle protein breakdown and obviously happens. However, I am asking the condition to reach that catabolic state, which is a different question.

Maybe you did answer it, you are thinking it doesn't matter if they are undernourished or not. Body WILL breakdown muscle constantly. HOwever, in negligible rate unless it's prolong period of time? Anyway, I can only type in English.

The whole muscle turnover thing is still done in "fasted", postabsorptive, state though. It seems like if you have some meal inside, you'll be ok.
So I believe, that's the only condition you will be start losing muscle.

有氧運動時間長短跟在生物能量的代謝適應性跟你有沒有忘掉一餐而埃餓掉肌肉,雖然都與代謝作用有沾
As long as you don't exercise to fasted state why should it be any different

If you have read the chart on 2nd link you should know there's 0 muscle breakdown if you were fedthroughout the exercise.
