請問大家有在klook訂房，但是網頁上是說這個方案無法退，因為本來年前要去圓山飯店住，但是現在廚師確診了，想退訂卻無法？請問有什麼辦法嗎？

只能先要求延期，但延了2次加上當地疫情，後來飯店就退款了~~

飯店願意退款的回應:
Dear Sir,
we have refunded 444,00 Euro to your credit card ending in 9290. You can find the receipt for the refund in the attachment.
