The dimensions of the Priority Mail 'Small ' Flat Rate Box are 11.25" x 8.75" x 6" or 14" x 12" x 3.5". The dimensions of the Priority Mail 'Large ' Flat Rate Box are 12" x 12" x 5.5". Therefore, your mail piece would not fit in either Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. You may consider using the standard Priority Mail International option to mail your item. The price for a 11 pound package to Taiwan is $62.90 if mailed from a Post Office or 59.76 if your print the postage online via Click-N-Ship.
所以結論如同網友leilamomo所說的 USPS也是建議用standard Priority Mail International 費用是$62.90 加上保險是68.9元

每台Blendtec HP3A 以400美金來算的話 共買三台 每台的總重量為11磅
1.走USPS的話(Priority Mail® International )
三台合寄的總費用 400*3+164(運費)+13.2(保險)=1377.2
分開寄的話(400+62.9(運費)+6(保險))*3=1406.7
為什麼要算兩種勒 那是我猜 如果用合寄的話 箱子一定很大 到台灣會被課稅的機率一定很高(應該是105%一定被課) 分開寄的話 雖然較貴 但課稅的機率應該會低一點
2.使用美國賣家寄到機場自行取貨 (一定會被課貨物稅與營業稅 外加報關費用 與檢驗費)
運費是124.95
貨物稅 (400*3+124.95)*0.05=66.25
營業稅 (400*3+124.95+66.25)*0.05=69.56
報關費 700台幣 約 23美金
關於檢驗費 政府規定貨物超過一千美金元以上 就須檢驗
所以總費用最少是400*3+124.95+66.25+69.56+23+檢驗費=1483.76
3.使用有跟FEDEX簽約的優惠匯率 送到指定地點(須加貨物稅與營業稅)
運費約是3100台幣 約101.64美金
貨物稅 (400*3+101.64)*0.05=65.08
營業稅 (400*3+101.64+65.08)*0.05=68.37
所以總費用是400*3+101.64+65.08+68.37=1435.09
所以總結看起來還是USPS的費運比較便宜 但是冒有被課稅的風險
