看得出來從2008以來 一直都有在提升
也高於世界跟區域平均
2014較2013略為下滑
分項來看 臺灣司法還是比較弱的一塊 總分6.77
分數最差的是司法公正這塊 4.52分
另外分數較低的是勞動市場規範 5.54
分數最高是遷徙自由 不論國內外都拿滿分10分
資訊獲得與結社自由也是非常高分
另外還有自由指數跟民主指數
臺灣自由指數8.18 民主指數5.05
香港自由指數9.06 民主指數5.73
民主指數算是偏低的 但臺灣比香港還差就有點意外
民主指數跟政治比較有關
會看權力是否過於集中 跟憲政體制也有關係
Political freedom is important,

and balances and other limits on power, but
has no written constitution.
