日本排放的是受污染的水，中國排放並不是，請不要誤導。至於國際原能署的說法，尊重專業。但是如果如此安全，日本直接當作國內灌溉水或飲用水就好或其他方式循序排放就好，減少週邊國家疑慮，應該也是可行。畢竟排放到海裏，日後想證明相關污染，我看難如登天。

关于调查团里面的中韩专家，这里感觉有些故意的话术，意思你们中国专家也同意了，你需要知道的是随行的国际专家没有投票权的。中国籍专家刘森林，身份是国际专家，包括韩国越南等国专家都是，并非是调查组决策人之一，没有投票权，只是跟随调查组，看一下取水样，水样也并非当场化验，因为检测结果还没出来，这种情况下也没办法对报告提出异议，报告还没出来么。
