川普要如何不受兩任限制, 才能繼續當美國總統

川普打的 "算盤" 目前是這樣:

1. 2028 年川普找個傢伙 guy-A 作 "總統候選人", 川普自己作 "副總統候選人".

解說: * 美國憲法只規定 [總統當選人] 最多只能有過 "兩次競選" 成為總統的經歷.
但是美國憲法並沒有規定當過總統的人不能去競選副總統.

2. 2028年11月 guy-A 和川普當選下一屆美國總統和副總統.

3. 2029年1月20日 guy-A 宣誓就任總統, 川普也同時宣誓就任副總統.

4. 第二天 2029年1月21日 guy-A 宣告辭職, 依照美國憲法, 副總統川普接任成為美國總統.

解說: 美國憲法只規定 [總統當選人] 最多只能有過 "兩次競選" 成為總統的經歷.
但是川普這時候當總統並不是經由 "競選" 而成的, 而是因為總統 guy-A 辭職才接任的.
這就是美國憲法的 "灰色地帶".

5. 同樣的戲碼在 2032 年可以再演一次,
所以, 理論上川普至少可以繼續當總統到 2037年.
