這幾天交易違規，T當天把持有的股票全部賣掉
又全部的金額都買了股票
T1賣出的時候違規了 (嘉信有寄信，接下來的交易只能用結算金額(90天)
(平常都是長期持有，沒意識到這件事)
1.我在開嘉信證券的時候沒有申請融資，想請問該怎麼申請融資的功能
2.想請問當沖的交易條件和規則

然後戶頭要最少25K美金
