[台南][東區] 涮乃葉日式涮涮鍋 台南大遠百店；樂活台南
繼上週樂活團在大遠百6F吃了山頭火拉麵後，本週出團又來到了大遠百的4F，來嚐看看才開幕不久的日式涮涮鍋店－涮乃葉。
涮乃葉是日本Skylark餐飲集團旗下的一個連鎖火鍋品牌，主要提供日式涮涮鍋吃到飽的服務。2016年的6月份時，在台南大遠百開了分店，比起同時間開幕的山頭火拉麵要低調許多，要不是吃山頭火拉麵那天拿到了簡介DM，還真的不知道大遠百有這家店....

內部空間採用全木製的隔間設計，並以2~6人桌共鍋的模式，似乎是鎖定小型聚餐的市場

整理來說涮乃葉比較著重在蔬菜、附餐與點心，肉類雖然有安格斯，但吃起來還是略嫌不足，而且想吃牛肉的價格也比較高，感覺上是比較適合女性顧客設計的火鍋，如果要說比較明顯的缺點，應該就是「完全沒有海鮮類食材」這點吧。
