請各位有使用OREGON 400T 的大大們來分享一下心得和這次400T的優缺點吧!

先由小弟來分享我的使用心得吧!小的GARMIN還真是一波三折,
第一折購入時因為踏頻器缺貨,所以晚了些到手,只有測試心跳帶,結果我的400T居然無法感應到心跳帶,電話聯絡GARMIN客服後,只好自己親自去體會一下原廠的服務,果真如傳說中一樣,經GARMIN測試後果然換了一條全新的心跳帶給小弟,

第二折小弟某天出門時,想說換上3號充電鎳氫電池,開機後我的400T螢幕居然顯示軟體遺失,真是見鬼了,還無法關機,再度去電致GARMIN,小弟就二度去拜訪GARMIN,與櫃檯總機和維修部人員碰面後,第一個反應是,先生您不是前2天才來維修過嗎?(

)是啊!在度經GARMIN測試後,一樣也換了一部新的400T給小弟,同時也給了一組新的地圖啟用碼,真是讚啦!
第三折小弟的踏頻器終於到手了,一到手後小弟就立刻將400T 心跳帶踏頻器通通與小弟和愛車組合,但是就在組合完成後,問題來了,第一個小問題因為小弟是小徑車,所以感應器無法同時感應時速和回轉數的磁鐵,不過幸好在小弟二度拜訪GARMIN時,維修人員有給了小弟一些強力磁鐵,所以感應的問題已解決了,按常理來說應該是沒問題了才對,沒料到這時第二個問題又發生了,感應正常,但我的400T卻無法顯示目前車速,這問題小弟還未通知GARMIN,過幾天小弟將這問題解決後會在上來和各位分享報告
結論是 GARMIN 真的是不錯的公司產品也好用但對剛購入新機的消費者而言這些問題難免會引響到敗家的喜悅,若往後再品管和新品的穩定度能在加強些一定會更好,以上是小弟從11.29購入400T至今的小小心得,也希望板上能有更多的400T主人也可以來交換新一下使用心得和400T的優缺點喔!

今天去資訊展會場買了oregon！玩了一下午，發現兩個缺點
1。沒有背光時，即使在光線充足的地方，畫面也很暗(這一點跟60csx比簡直就是一個天上一個地下)
2。航行資訊表的資訊不能歸零！大概是換電池就自動歸零了吧？(60csx是可以在任何時候歸零的)

暫時發現這兩個個人認為的缺點

關於這點剛好小弟有問過:
好像是放在[設定][重新設定][里程資訊歸零]裡面,是有點不方便,個人猜測有可能是怕被誤刪,多幾層保護吧?

若不開背光,同樣以彩色 TFT 液晶螢幕來比較的話,是比我的PDA清楚多了,

的確60csx更清楚,但解析度就差很多了.

看到了漂亮的3D TOPO,小弟是還可以接受戶外用,且有防水的觸控螢幕,雖然為了省電時會暗了一點,
但財長的眼神好像一直無法接受,我好像賴著GARMIN攤位不走~

感謝！還以為不能歸零，原來弄到這兒來了。
如此一來，就可以更方便測試電池壽命了

我發現似乎沒有二十四個自製的航點圖示可以使用,Ximage軟體無法上傳任何圖示到機子裡...
至於不開背光在太陽底下真是暗到不行....可是60csx會好很多...不過在樹陰之下如果
開背光的話,我認為是可以接受的.

另外他似乎不能全部航點一併刪除的樣子,要一個一個航點刪除....這似乎有點麻煩.

航點一樣可以一次全部刪除
只要進去設定裡面的重新制定就有選項

感謝喔.我已經知道該如何一口氣殺航點了

剛才看到網友Miller給的外國網站資訊從2.3~2.6版的韌體更新內容如下
目前看到手上的中文機型只有到版本2.2.期待Garmin快點同步韌體的版本吧....
也看到的確oregon目前不支援過去60csx的custom waypoint symbols的功能.
還有鎳氫電池電力偵測不夠線性的問題尚待解決,以及過去60csx夜間模式地圖顏色設定功能等
都還需要努力

基本上這網站列的Bug還真的有夠細的,外國網站這部份內容應該足夠描述目前oregon的尚待解決的缺點吧

ps.不知道能不能拿英文機型韌體直接更新....只保留\TEXT目錄下的中文字串檔案

Software 2.6

Many users are reporting success with this upgrade. It does introduce a couple of new issues: some configuration options are not saved in the profile and there is a crash when entering coordinates in Demo mode. But the big fix is the first item which has been getting in the way of many users -- the startup crash and freeze. Connection times in mass storage mode are much faster as well.

1.Fixed issue that caused a shutdown during power on
2.Added support for marine fishing, nautical, and off modes
3.Added tide and current charts
4.Added ability to access marine point information on the review page
5.Made marine POIs available when panning the map
6.Fixed issue when marking waypoints in the W Malayan RSO position format.
7.Added GDA 94 datum.
8.Added NAD 83 datum.
9.Improved user interface for waypoint location editing
10.Added 'Coordinates' option to the 'Where To?' menu
11.Improved position accuracy calculation
12.Improved static position accuracy

Software 2.5

This drop appears to fix issues created in Software 2.4 but a lot of people are reporting hangs and freezes after upgrading. These new issues seem happen in the the same places where the out of memory problems were occurring in 2.3. Unless the memory full errors in 2.3 are driving you crazy I would postpone upgrading until Garmin works this out. If you do decide to upgrade I would suggest backing up and removing all gpx files from the unit and performing a master reset before the upgrade to avoid problems during the upgrade. Once you are upgraded if you have problems with a frozen unit that won't boot you'll need to first try a master reset and if that doesn't work a recovery.

1.Fixed issue with barometric pressure.
2.Fixed issue with tide station data.
3.Fixed issue with elevation over time plot.

Software 2.4

Unless you need a fix for the Memory Full problem this software is not recommended. Version 2.4 was released to fix the Memory Full issues that many Oregon users were seeing. However, this version has broken:

1.Barometric pressure data field and plot no longer show data unless you recalibrate every time you power cycle.
2.Tide data is no longer visible under each tide station.
3.Some users have reported issues after upgrading to 2.4 with freezes at "Loading Maps..."
4.USB connection freezes seem to be back after going away in 2.3.

List of issues resolved:

1.Improved accuracy of altimeter for large altitude changes.
2.Improved importing geocaches. When the same geocaches is in multiple files, the geocaches from the newer file (file modified time) will be imported.
3.Fixed text writing on top of itself in some geocaches descriptions.
4.Fixed freeze when loading some geocaches descriptions.
5.Fixed issues causing a 'Memory Full' warning message.
6.Fixed issues with power off pressure trending.
7.Fixed issue with duplicate waypoint names.

Software 2.3

Given the number of issues resolved and relative stability of the release 2.3 is a recommended update. The only major issues which seem to persist in 2.3 are the Memory Full problems and WAAS is still broken. There was one minor issue introduced in 2.3 related to viewing the elevation plot of a route.

1.Added the ability to control the scale of the x and y axes of elevation plot . Tap the x-axis legend to zoom the x-axis. Tap the y-axis legend to zoom the y-axis
2.Added panning and zooming to the image viewer
3.Added ability to set position after pressing the go button when GPS is in Demo Mode
4.Added option to add a point from the map in Route Planner
5.Added option to search near a point on the map in Where To?
6.Added preview of on-road routes in Route Planner
7.Added option to save a geocaches as a waypoint
8.Added error message when the maximum number of geocaches is exceeded (2000)
9.Added error message when the maximum number of gpx files is exceeded (200)
10.Added option to clear the current track from Track Manager
11.Added support for downloading geocaches written using Groundspeak v1.1 extensions
12.Added elevation plot type to user profiles
13.Improved GPS performance
14.Improved map drawing performance in some situations
15.Improved handling of naming a waypoint the same as an existing waypoint
16.Improved feedback when typing an invalid character into the keyboard
17.Improved display of intermittent water areas
18.Fixed 3D View not showing detail from supplemental maps
19.Fixed 3D View occasionally not showing anything
20.Fixed waypoint and geocache symbols not updating on the map after being changed
21.Fixed Custom POIs not being removed from Recent Finds after the Custom POI database was deleted
22.Fixed being unable to pan or zoom when reviewing a route
23.Fixed issues with Cyrillic characters
24.Fixed issue where the Oregon would temporally stop responding after a spell search
25.Fixed issue where left map data field could get stuck on depth
26.Fixed creating invalid gpx files after projecting a waypoint
27.Fixed city coloring with CityNav 2009
28.Fixed map getting stuck in north up mode after panning
29.Fixed geocaches without names not being in the geocaches list

我買到的oregon 400t的軟體是2.55版的，並不是2.2版

你看錯了哪是GPS晶片(ST)的韌體版本....請看software vesion才是我指的版本喔.

我的晶片韌體也是2.55
