而且這次 他也查的到我就是沒收到 但就是擺爛
我說要退款 他竟然說 要我把貨退還給他才能退款
我說要再寄一次給我 他說他已經寄過了
請問大家這該怎麼處理 還是有美國消保會可聯絡嗎
