到大賣場家樂福買了牛排
不是頂級的啦
是叫澳洲板腱牛排
在冰櫃旁都有再提供試吃那種
之前買回來
我媽都是用炒菜鍋煎
然後在淋上品高黑胡椒牛排醬
但感覺像煎肉排一樣 肉也偏硬
不知道有什麼方法可以弄嫩一點
還是說用烤箱烤?
我家有考蛋糕西點的烤箱
不知道用這考會比較好吃嗎?
可以提供食譜嗎?
愈詳細愈好...基本上就牛排就好
不考慮其他做法 如:用炒的或....
put salt and pepper on both side. (I just use regular salt, some like sea salt)
then there are 2 ways.
1. use fry pan. ( i prefer non-stick one, you can use very little oil, if you use stainless steel pan, you need to heat the oil a little, otherwise it will stick)
heat the pan mid to high heat. then "brown" the steak both side for 45-60 seconds. (just to make the outside brown. don't cook too long)
then put the steak into oven, preheat the oven 375F and cook the steak for 25 to 30 minutes.
the amount of time depends on how thick the steak is. you can try different time and find a perfect setting.
2. Just use the oven to cook the steak.
after you put salt and pepper, put into oven. (preheat the oven to 475F)
cook for 20 minutes and the steak is ready.
The key to make steak is not to use fry pen to cook it all the way. Fry pen will dry the steak.
