以下是我在 2006/5/15 晚上 發給 Sony客服中心的 Mail，敬告各位現在 Sony 的品質竟然比二廠的水準還低，而賣這麼貴的 NB ，在客戶反映後，竟然都沒有回覆，如果各位還相信 Sony 品質的人，要有這樣的覺悟。

此圖面是我在昨日貼付保護貼後貴公司Notebook VAIO 型號VGN-FE15TP的音源快捷鍵的下場，音源快捷鍵的噴漆竟然完全的脫落，我想請問的是以 Sony 的標準是否應該最少要有一般業界的標準甚至於要超過呢?
在使用這麼多的 3C 產品，第一次看到這種情況發生。
請給一個說明吧。
業界的一般測試如下
Adhesive test (黏著性測試)
A lattice pattern with eleven cuts in each direction and 1 mm apart is made to the substrate, pressure-sensitive tape (3M610) is applied over the lattice for 5 min. remove with 90 degree angle. Peel off area must be below 0.2mm.
Solvent test(溶劑性測試)
paint coating, icons, and font printing, using industrial alcohol (95% purity), apply stress at 300±50g, using cotton ball wipe 50 times, see white ok, but can't reveal original material.
Abrasive test(耐磨性測試)
Using eraser (MONO) rub 50 times, apply stress at 300±50g, cannot reveal original material.
Hardness(硬度測試)
Using Mitsubishi UNI pencil, apply stress at 300g+50g and mark 3 lines, then use eraser(MONO) to wipe off pencil mark. Leave mark is ok, but cannot reveal original material or have crack, peel-off, or bump appearance.
