Japanese cars except some performance cars more focus on city traffic which are good in Taiwan... So, their brakes perform very well even though the pads are still COLD.
Big brakes will not decrease brake distance a lot.
For example: 96-0 km/h
2007 G35S : 110ft
2017 GSF(big Brembo) : 105ft
2017 GT-R(big Brembo) : 103ft
However, those big brakes will perform MUCH better on tracks which are not easily OVERHEAT. Do you track your car or drive your car like a manic on public roads???

Another big factor why GT-R stops shorter is its BIG PERFORMANCE TIRES. If you put similar tires on RAV4 like GT-R, RAV4 should stop MUCH shorter like 115ft or even shorter!!!
