2006 E90 320D 之 RaceChip PRO 動力晶片開箱

其實這玩意,應該是 Mr.9000 大 所帶出來在 BMW 版.
小弟我只是加以把它發揚光大罷了,實不堪足以稱為開箱文.

這次會那麼地詳細介紹,主要是希望讓大家更有機會去認識它.
在不用花大錢,不用變更動到原廠電腦而失去保固,種種等問題!
我個人的認知,這是值得玩玩且 C/P 值蠻高的小玩意.

剛拿到手時,那種興奮的感覺,我想大家都一樣.
新玩意,誰不愛呢?當時車內約還有 3 / 4 的油.
於是乎,官方建議設定早已拋到腦後,

直接調到最大馬力 : 7.轉速反應在 0 與 1 之間變換,
說真的,爽度一百,2000CC 的車突然變成 3000CC 的感覺.
雖然整體性能加強了,但總覺得怪怪的,像少了一味,說不出來.
就像美女怎麼看都漂亮,如果鬧彆扭了,一樣很漂亮,但卻少了一味.

Please read this installation guide carefully before you start installation.

The assembly normally requires a couple of minutes.
: 安裝者通常需要若干分鐘.

Open the bonnet and then close all doors before you start the assembly so that there is no residual current flowing on the Common-Rail-Sensor.

Wait for approx. 5 minutes so that there's no more residual current.Now you can start the assembly.

When the LED of the check plug of the cable harness doesn't light up, please desist from starting the vehicle.

An additional function of the check plug is to reset the car to its original condition (without tuning) by executing only a few steps.

So please remove the RaceChip with ignition off and substitute it with the ckeck plug.

The factory setting of the RaceChip is a recommended mixture of "improved power, increase in torque as well as potential fuel saving".

Due to the advanced RaceChip technology it is possible to adjust it individually to your vehicle and your driving style respectively.

It is requlated by rotary control switches on the circuit board inside the casing.

Please take care not to install the RaceChip too close to heat sources.

The cable of the RaceChip is to be led downwards.

For maximum motor safety, the maintenance intervals of the vehicle manufacturer have to be observed,

the oil types specified by the manufacturer have to be used and especially the oil changes prescribed by the manufacturer have to be carried out reqularly while using the RaceChip.

Remove motor cover and place the Common-Rail-Sensor in position.

1.Approach the car with appropriate tools.

Please open the bonnet and remove the motor cover (if any).
: 請打開引擎蓋和移走馬達上蓋 (如果.任何).

2.Now you can see the motor block.
: 現在你可以看見引擎.

3.Look for the common-Rail-Pipe.
: 尋找共軌傳感器導管.

There's a 3-pin plug characterized by an oversized nut directly on this pipe.

This plug has to be a 3-pin one by all means.

4.Please disconnect the 3-pin plug.

5.Now, insert the plug of the cable harness into the sensor.

7.Now, connect the disconnected plug of your vehicle with the counterpart of supplied cable harness.

Please make sure that a clear "click" sound can be heard when you plug the connections.

Commissioning of the RaceChip.: RaceChip 的任務.

8.The cable harness is now installed in your vehicle.

Check the assembly with the supplied check plug.

The LED has to constantly glow when the ignition is switched on.

9.Switch the ignition off again and wait until the LED is out.

Then you can remove the control plug and install the RaceChip.

10.Assemble the cable harness with the cable ties.

An assembly to already existing harnesses will be advantageous.

Fine-tuning of your RaceChip : 微調你的 RaceChip.

The RaceChip will be delivered with an adjustment appropriate for your vehicle.

In rare cases, a too high or too low performance output due to manufacturer-determined serial tolerances might occur.
: 在罕見的情況中, 過高或太低的性能輸出是由於製造商決定一連串所發生的動能公差.
This might likewise result in error messages on the vehicle's display.

However, you have the possibility to correct it easily and in only a few steps by the rotary control switch.

Please open the RaceChip on the front side to make the adjustments.

You require a 10 torx wrench.

Example : The factory setting of the left rotary control switch is on position "B".

If you want to increase the performance, please go to position "C".

The result is a performance increase of 1.5% compared with the factory setting.

The right rotary control switch is responsible for the duration of the performance increase,

Normally, you don't need to adjust it.

However, before changing the adjustment please try the factory setting as it's normally the OPTIMAL adjustment for your vehicle.

If you are not satisfied, please only increase the left rotary control switch stepwise.
