Be honest, work holiday could not gain valuable experiences for professional career. HR doesn't care how exciting with people's working holiday. Because the working experience is part-time job and lowest payment normally. But holiday might be too fancy to back normal life.

If want to grow up for future life that rahther to get a real degree from college or university.

Your GF is kind of selfish one after she return to Taiwan. I bet you have to pay everything for wedding and future life expanses. You do consider this relationship more seriously. God bless you with bright way for judging this relationship.
