05/13/11於ASOS寄出的商品還沒收到 Orz

Until today( Friday 27 May 2011), I still have not received what I ordered!
Would you help me for track where's my order?

Hello Ken,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can see that your order was placed on the 12/05/11 and we advise that orders usually take up to 11 working days to be delivered, so your parcel should arrive by 27/05/11.

To allow for any postal delays, we do ask that you allow an extra 11 working days for your delivery on top of the above timescale. In the unlikely event your order is not delivered by 14/06/11, please check with your neighbours and any safe places that a parcel might be left and let us know as we can then look into this and find the best resolution for you.

As advised on your dispatch email a tracking number is not available for this delivery.

Thanks for being so patient, and please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.

We are currently experiencing an increased volume of e-mails which is unfortunately causing delays to our usual speed of response. 怎麼感覺ASOS總是叫我等,從訂購至今都一個多月(含非上班日),難道是我太澳客嗎?
請問版上有人遇過這種問題嗎?
有沒有辦法追蹤到現在商品送到哪了?

現在的ASOS的運送時間

基本上都是無法預期

雖然大部分時候是會提早到

不過已經不像以前可以"track your order"

加上現在一直在做全球免運費

我想他們也是收到太多這樣的Email

所以都是會叫你多等幾天

(自己最近買了兩次,一次是五月底,大概這個月的四號收到,
然後10號又在下單,也不敢說什麼時候會到 lol)
你應該直接說明~~你已經多等11天~但是還是沒收到

請他立刻補寄給您

這樣他會立刻重寄一次

如果沒貨的話會退錢
~~人生有幾多個十年~~

客服回覆沒法補寄,因為商品都已銷畢,
所以會刷退............
ps:其實個人認為asos服務算很好
我5/29訂的還有貨沒到

好無奈,要不是貪圖LEVI'S 501打完折超便宜,還真不想受這鳥氣!

5/31 下單, 告知 6/1 已出貨, 應可在 6/15 收到, 不過今天還是沒等到, 這次真的好久
第一次買是在 4/28, 告知 4/29 寄出, 5/12 收到東西, 應該算是平信的正常收到時間
第二次買是在 5/14, 告知 5/16 寄出, 被升級用 DPD , 5/20 收到, 真的很快
第三次買是在 5/31, 告知 6/1 寄出, 等嘸
第四次買是在 6/8, 告知 6/8 寄出, 等待中
第五次買是在 6/9, 告知 6/10 寄出, 等待中
我剛剛也寫了一封信去給ASOS反應東西沒收到
5/31 Shipped 預計是 6/14前要到
買了10幾次了 第一次等這麼久


沒想到ASOS客服也會剪下貼上大法
他回我的跟回給你第2封內容一模一樣
真是太沒誠意 好歹也改幾各字來看看唄
懶惰成這樣~~
不知道有沒有其他人回應也是一樣的
