Your MRI image shows there is an abnormal growth between vertebra and that growth is pushing against the spinal cord. The cartilage (where the abnormal growth at) looks abnormal (dark color)due to its color in MRI image as compared to the cartilages above and below (white color). I will suggest you go to see a spine surgeon (脊骨神經) and also get a second opinion from another surgeon to see whether their diagnosis are the same. You need to make sure the abnormal growth is not maligment, or you need a treatment to stop the growth. You may not feel any wrong at this moment, but if the growth keeps pushing the spinal cord, you may start to feel mumb in your lower extremeties. It does not look like the abnormal growth is caused by riding bicycle, you still can continue the riding, but I will go see the doctors if I were you to prevent it got worse.
