當然也有人發言說這是大公司發展的必要之惡，各大企業多的是先告小公司侵權，不成就買下對方的專利，要維持獨占市場的手段之類的云云

（話說我覺得那些替S這樣說話的國外網友也是明褒暗貶，最後還是間接承認這樣的手段不太正面）

Biking

Robert Choi and Barley Forsman after the verdict was read to them, coming out most definitely as winners in the court of doing the right thing. This wonderful bike is theirs, and Specialized has zero rights to it. Even though Robert was found guilty of breaching his employment contract, the amount of a mere $1 damages that was awarded to Specialized by the jury speaks volumes. Let's support these guys by spreading the good news and buying at least one of their great bikes!

幫忙翻釋一下

首先，Volagi在侵權部份完全沒事，他們可以繼續製造、販賣現有的設計

法院只有判兩位創辦人其中一人有罪，罪名是違反合約（應該指的是當初的工作合約）

原因是他們創立Volagi時，其中一人仍是Specialized在職身份

（不過那位的說法是他當初也想一起辭職，是公司請求他把手上的工作完成再走，他才多留一段時間）

重點來了：法院判決的處罰是賠“一美元！”給Specialized
