VDIM integrated VGRS- variable gear ratio steering, VSC- vehicle skid control, ABS, ECB, BAS.
VSC- retards throttle only. It does not open throttle.
Hence, VDIM will not increase throttle, since there is no command link. Voltage are typically used to send command.
However, there can only be one command per each signal line (we are not talking about differential signal here). In this case, VDIM through VSC does not have ability to open throttle. Only close it. Open and close are not on the same wiring loop.
The design in this case is that. Input voltage on VSC to retard throttle. That is only thing it can do. By not applying voltage on that line, simply means you are not retarding the throttle. It will not open the throttle for you.
Think of it this way. My only voice command to you is fixed "Turn right only". If i don't say anything, its does not mean you can turn left or go ahead. It only means that I do not want you to turn right.
In case of VDIM. VSC will only cut off throttle not open it up.
Hence, you are correct. The whole debate that the original driver makes is pointless because VDIM can't open throttle.

所以當我跟人提到我昨天逛街看到一個漂亮個項鍊，我於是可以說成這個項鍊我跟林志玲當時看的時候？
我非但不認識她，我還可以擅自猜測她也被標示不明的價格籤給誤導？
坦白講我覺得不合情理，但真硬要這麼解釋我也認了

卻要寫成
