你講的沒錯, 原本McIntosh的東家叫做Highlander, 他是一個有眾多投資者募資的一個集團,旗下有非常多家沒有上市的私人公司, 下面是他們的網站:

基本上, 每一家私人公司就是這個集團手上擁有的一張股票. McInotsh在2022年被買入, 現在兩年2024年就賣出. 由於不是上市公司, 所以他們的盈餘或虧損並沒有公布. Highlander之會賣掉, 就像股票一樣, 不是認賠殺出, 就是逢高賣出給Bose. 因此Highlander這個交易也許是賠錢, 也許是賺錢我們不得而知, 但如果認為他是因為賠錢才讓出的, 這並不對. 很多財團都是靠著買賣這些私人公司來賺錢的.

JB Hi Fi 是家電公司, 明年也會開始販售這些品牌的產品.
文中沒有說 JB Hi Fi "已買下" Sound United (B&W, D&M 的母公司).
有人把"at"當成"to".....這英文[XD]

其中就有解釋

裡面之前CFO提到的的“discontinued operation”， ChannelNews在發表了上一篇引發爭議的報導後，經自我查證的結果，確認“discontinued operation”是指一個財務上的動作。將這部分的業務由母公司的財務表中獨立出來，讓母公司的財務損益表現可以更容易被觀測。而這部分的業務也確實在找買家，只是目前價格都談不攏。
至於JB Hi Fi的問題，
"During a recent global hook, up the business spelt out a bright future for the Bowers & Wilkins, Denon and Marantz brands with Denon products now flying off the shelves at JB Hi Fi."
由最新文章中的上面這句話，確實這些產品目前是有在JB Hi Fi銷售。
至於前一篇文章中提到的

整句話確實有語焉不詳的問題。應該是說整句的文法上有問題，不像是個S+V的完整句子，因為在", reporting"之前的部分像是個帶修飾句的完整的主詞。這裡的The busineess看起來像是指銷售B&W, Denon與Marantz的銷售業務。這部分的業務於2024第三季就淨損了12.9million。

好吧! 你把JB Hi Fi修改成Taiwan或是Globally....你還會搞混什麼嗎
還是你堅持不能改，因為改了就變成台灣要買下，還是被地球買下
其實這問題根本就無關文法，而是作者程度不好。大家一堆網路爛文章看很多，應該不會懷疑這種事情不會發生在英文作者身上
