那時候房子剛封頂，也不能進去看實景，就參觀了1:1的樣品屋。
2015~每個月都在附近看看他的變化，終於在2016年可以交屋了.....中間很多過程就免了吧。

從廚房看到對面一期的房屋，地面上的矮樓層是商業街，有各色商店，超市，比較期待全家跟星巴克的進駐。

從主臥看出的景觀，一大片綠地，聽說未來是大型shopping mall。

屋內看出去的小區中庭，綠化還在進行，裡面有公園，水池。

陽台看出去的景觀，嚇死人的陽台，真不知道我當初為什麼選這樓層。在不影響外觀的情況下，未來只好作些小改造了。

小區內附設幼兒園，聽說未來師資是上海某知名體系進駐。

毛坯交屋僅有最簡易的燈泡跟電源開關。其他什麼都沒有。
