.....材料:雞胸肉一塊...四季豆5條....小蕃茄3個......
.....配料:蔥2根...蒜頭3粒....沙姜粉一小湯匙...糯米粉一小湯匙....胡椒粉一小湯匙...
..............蘇打粉一大湯匙...鹽巴少許...醬油膏少許...醬油少許...米酒少許.....食用油半碗....奶油少許.....
......醃料製作:把蔥和蒜頭分別切成末.....把蒜末留下少許備用....
.....................其餘蒜末和蔥末..沙姜粉...糯米粉...胡椒粉...蘇打粉...醬油膏...醬油..米酒.......
...........................充分攪拌.......醃料完成......
.......雞胸肉加工:......用菜刀把雞胸肉側剖成蝴蝶片....再泡入醃料中....醃20分鐘........
.......配菜製作:清洗乾淨的四季豆切成斷....在希鹽水中煮5分鐘.....
.......................撈起來之後....加入預先預留的蒜末...及鹽巴少量....充分攪拌......
......................同時小蕃茄也清洗乾淨備用..............
...........正式開工.........
..................把平底鍋大火燒熱.....加入半碗油.....油熱之後加入奶油.......
...................把醃好的雞胸肉.....放入鍋中...轉中火.....將雞胸肉兩面煎至金黃.........
......................將煎好的雞胸肉....起鍋放入盤中.....將四季豆及小蕃茄...也至入盤中點綴.....
.............................可以吃了.....嗯!不錯雞排香嫩多汁...好吃...

....把蔥及蒜頭....剁成蔥末 蒜末.....蒜末要記得要預留一點備用

....將...蒜末和蔥末..沙姜粉...糯米粉...胡椒粉...蘇打粉...置於碗中....

......加入醬油膏....

......加入醬油....

......加入米酒.....

......把醃料攪和均勻.......

.......把雞胸肉側剖........

.......已經剖成蝴蝶片的雞胸肉......

.......將剖成蝴蝶片的雞胸肉.....與醃料攪拌均勻....靜置20分鐘入味......

........把切成段的四季豆置入滾水....大火煮5分鐘(要放少許鹽巴).....

.......將煮好的四季豆加入預先預留的蒜末...及鹽巴少量....充分攪拌

.......把平底鍋大火燒熱.....加入半碗油....油熱之後加入奶油.....

.......把油燒熱之後轉中火......

........煎雞排完成.....啤酒也已經準備好了...可以吃了.....嗯!不錯雞排香嫩多汁...好吃...
