We set out armed with warm clothes.

Armed with warm clothes, we set out.

1.make the petition as circulated misleading to voters

2.misleading 應該是形容詞沒錯吧 , misleading 接 to是固定用法, 還是 make sth Adj to Noun 是一種固定用法 , 小弟只對 make sth Adj to Verb 有印象

The number of competing brands of clothing is increasing much more quickly than is
consumer demand for new clothing.
As a result, it is becoming ever more for our clothing company to keep consumers focused on our products.

第二句的it是否指 to keep consumers focused on our products.

Before the authority increases tolls on any of the area bridges, it is required by law to hold public hearings at which objections to the proposed increase can be raised.

it 指 to hold public .... can be raised.

Longman 字典對 "stuff" 一詞之一段解釋:「to fill a chicken, pepper etc with a mixture of bread or rice, onion etc before cooking it」

另為何非「to fill a chicken, pepper etc with a mixture of bread, rice, or onion etc before cooking it」

「to fill a chicken, pepper etc with [a mixture of bread or rice], onion etc before cooking it」

http://www.beatthegmat.com/test-code-14-paper-test-cr-12-cr-16-tough-t198097.html

加值 usually you can just say " I want to RELOAD $xxx to my card."

"Deposit" is too formal.

Proof

這個句子有問題,"it is becoming ever more [###] for..." As a result, it is becoming ever more [difficult] / [challenging] for our clothing company to keep consumers focused on our products."

i am going to a 7-11

i am going to 7-11

i am going to the 7-11
