基本上沒有什麽區別，習慣用法把。個人覺得有生命的物體，可以 's 形式
比如 the dog's leg，your arm。 沒有生命的物體用 the legs of the table。
'S & of 都是表達佔有（possession）的意思，但是of 有更廣泛的意思，看英文多了自然就會憑語感來判斷了。

也就是用間接、委婉的方式表達自己的意思，這樣比較好
