Empathy-
A man, who don't have empathy. How can he be a man. Should be only a creature, or even an animal. Dose a murder have 'Empathy? Does a crim have Empathy when they were', they are' doing something disastrous? No... 'If a 'man who do not have empathy, what is different between him? or a Criminal.

Without empathy, a man is only an animal. A muerderer or a crimial loses his or her empathy when committing a crime. There is no difference between a man and a crimial when there is no empathy.

個人淺見，如果這是演講稿的話，那就要用更嚴苛的標準去結構。樓主應該修正的地方不只有拼字、文法，還必須加上通順的邏輯和文章的流暢度，建議樓主整篇改掉重寫。

首先，樓主把man和murderer/criminal做了反比，沒有同理心的man等同於criminal，也就是說：criminal是沒有同理心的，但是重要的是：criminal難道不是man（人類）嗎？

但是樓主把criminal拿來和creature以及animal相比，為什麼呢？因為動物（creature, animal）沒有同理心。那麼同理心是什麼呢？根據我們人類有限的知識，目前同理心好像只有我們人類具備，所以這代表什麼？criminal和creature和animal的共同點是：缺乏（某些）人的性質。

所以我建議樓主把man改成human或是human being，以強調這個人的性質（人性），這樣也比較不會因字面上的狹義而感覺稿子中提到的人（man）有把女人排除在外的嫌疑。

初步的擬稿，我可能會這麼寫：

A human with no empathy can barely be called a 'human.'

How can human beings who lack empathy -- a human characteristic -- be regarded as humans? They should only be deemed as creatures, or even animals.

Does a criminal have empathy? Does a murderer possess the nature of empathy when committing a terrible crime? No.

Now, what we have to ask ourselves is this: 'Is there any difference between an animal and a human who does not have empathy?'

還是覺得哪裡怪怪的，好像只要是罪犯就非人哉，可是罪犯也分好幾種等級啊。

語氣啊、重音啊、停頓點都很重要，樓主加油～
