am the goldstar member of COSTCO (Taiwan)
my member No.***********
I want to buy KS (KIRKLAND SIGNATURE) golf gloves.
I had been there for several times,
But there is no M-size in Hsing Chu always.

WHY WHY WHY

I tried to write that on customer suggestion ,but no response ,nobody care.
Finally ,I try to talk to customer service agent,
she said "We do not have M-size,but you may leave a message ,we will inform you when we receive that"

Fine,I leave a message.

Several days passed.I got a phone call from COSTCO ( Hsing Chu ),
the guy told me " we have KS golf gloves.you can buy it now"
I drived to COSTCO ( Hsing Chu ) for 30 mins ,
"what ?? the shelf still empty"

ARE U KIDDING ME ,COSTCO.

U waste my time ,my money and hurt my feeling.
U really make me mad

為什麼幹嘛幹嘛

我試著寫上顧客的建議,但沒有反應,沒有人照顧。
最後,我試圖說服客戶服務代理,
她說:“我們並沒有 M -大小,但你可能離開的消息,我們會通知您,我們收到”

好的,我離開的消息。

幾天 passed.I了一個電話,從 COSTCO(興楚)
的傢伙告訴我:“我們有KS高爾夫球 gloves.you可以買到現在”
我帶動 COSTCO(興楚)30分鐘,
“什麼?貨架還是空的”

是U跟我開玩笑,好事多。

ü浪費我的時間,我的錢,傷害我的感覺。
ü真的讓我瘋狂

高爾夫手套又不是什麼獨賣的商品, 去高爾夫專賣店尺寸更多又更多選擇
何必獨戀一支花呢?
會打高爾夫的人才不會去COSTCO買高爾夫用具,選擇又少
高爾夫球具是一門學問,在賣場買的怎麼知道適不適合自己
好市多的缺點 就是常常找不到"對的"服務人員
昨天才去逛大順店
而且是第一次辨卡第一次去
之前都是跟著別人去

問了好幾個服務人員.說我要買捕蚊燈
每個都說在家電區
真他的見到鬼
怎麼找就是找不到

還說在家電區
想說找家電區的人來問好了.
又一次的見到鬼
一個家電人員都沒有
真的有點想馬上去退卡

眼看人愈來愈多
推個車子動彈不得...結帳閃人
動線設計上真的有問題
還是習慣台灣好市多始祖的中華店

大順店唯一的優店.就是用餐區大很多
不怕沒位子坐
