am the goldstar member of COSTCO (Taiwan)

I want to buy KS (KIRKLAND SIGNATURE) golf gloves.
I had been there for several times,
But there is no M-size in Hsing Chu always.
WHY WHY WHY
I tried to write that on customer suggestion ,but no response ,nobody care.
Finally ,I try to talk to customer service agent,
she said "We do not have M-size,but you may leave a message ,we will inform you when we receive that"
Fine,I leave a message.
Several days passed.I got a phone call from COSTCO ( Hsing Chu ),
the guy told me " we have KS golf gloves.you can buy it now"
I drived to COSTCO ( Hsing Chu ) for 30 mins ,
"what ?? the shelf still empty"
ARE U KIDDING ME ,COSTCO.
U waste my time ,my money and hurt my feeling.
U really make me mad
