前陣子筆者也寫過一篇為什麼台灣人現在對路倒的人這麼冷漠的文章，剛好最近看了很多新聞都是有關交通意外駕駛因為車上有裝行車記錄器而免除被冤枉的案例，讓我興起了購買行車記錄器的念頭（不過買了幾款都很爛...），剛好最近在iPhone與Android平台上都有「行車記錄器類」的軟體可用，首先介紹iPhone平台的「PAPAGO!Driving Recorder」。
「PAPAGO!Driving Recorder」是由PAPAGO！的研發公司研勤所開發的軟體，首先至App Store中搜尋「PAPAGO!Driving Recorder」或「行車記錄器」都可以找到，賣2.99美金：
下載後執行「Driving Recorder」：
接下來將手機安裝到車架上，筆者使用的手機架並不太適合iPhone4使用，所以在影片中會有一個角落有黑影：
進入「PAPAGO!Driving Recorder」後點選中間最大的錄影Logo就可以開始錄影：
錄影中的畫面如下圖，點選左下角的紅點即停止錄影：
錄影後如果要調閱影片只要點選清單（List）：
如果要在手機中看剛剛錄影的片段只要點選影片旁的箭頭圖示即可：
影片也可以直接存到相簿中，只要點選存檔圖示即可：
每段影片長度約兩分鐘，如果是iPhone4的720P格式影片每段可能超過100多MB蠻佔空間的，所以無用的影片片段可以使用「Edit」來刪除舊檔：

According to Financial Supervisory service in South Korea, if violating the speed limit or traffic signal for twice in a year, offender inevitably pays more car insurance charges regardless of paying for penalty. When speed limit or traffic signal violation case caught over 2 times for a year, extra charge will come upon it based on annual total performance from Sep 2010. In case of 2 or 3 times for violation will charge for 5%, in case of over 4 times will charge for 10% increasing, however it won’t charge for only one case of violation. In addition, unmanned speed camera seems to be expanded.

根據金融監督院在韓國，如果違反交通信號的車速限制或兩次在一年內，罪犯不可避免地付出更多的汽車保險費用，不論支付罰款。當車速限制或違反交通信號捕獲超過 2倍，每年收取額外的費用後，它會根據年度的整體效能，從 2010年9月。在案件2或3次違規將收取5％，如果超過 4次將收取10％的速度增長，但是它不會收取只有一宗侵犯。此外，高速攝影機，似乎無人擴大。
