1.先試著去 reset 看能不能解決:

RESET 按鈕在不同機型上可執行不同的功能。請根據 Synology 產品型號，參考下面說明。
適用於安裝 DSM 版本 2.2-0941 以後之型號
Synology 產品面板上的 RESET 按鈕有下列功能。
回復admin 帳號的密碼設定。
回復產品的 IP、DNS、閘道及其它網路介面至DHCP。
回復產品管理介面的網路端口為5000/5001。
停用PPPoE。
停用自動封鎖。
停用套件管理。
停用防火牆規則。
這樣的動作不會再次格式化 Synology 產品上的內部硬碟，所以您無須擔心檔案資料的流失。
2.如果前面無法解決, 就試著重新導入 NAS OS. (這個步驟 NAS 所有設定會 lost, 但檔案會保留)

Have the Synology system in the ready state
Look at the back of the Synology System, find a small reset hole near the USB ports
Using a paper clip, gently depress and hold down the recessed button for about four seconds
The system will beep once
After hearing the system beep once, release the button and press it again for another four seconds
The system will beep three times and execute a reboot
After rebooting, launch the Synology Assistant
Determine that the data volume will remain unaffected, and upload the system firmware.
Restore the configuration file.
3.前面都做了, 還是無法解法.把硬碟全取下, 換上一顆空的硬碟, 重裝 NAS OS, 先確認你的機器是不是好的?
