如題，有大大知道嗎？最近新聞火紅的，用iphone當隨身翻譯機，使用者只需要用唸的輸入一個字或一句話，iphone就可以回答你翻譯好的句子，還可以多國語言耶！請問有大大知道這軟體名稱嗎？應該不便宜吧！？

因為有人反應程式會要你接受使用者條件，
接受後程式會上傳妳的通訊連絡人至伺服器之類的。
不知已下載的人有沒有像評論一樣的狀況？

This app presents a lengthy EULA when you start it. I just wanted to take a quick look so I didn't read it completely. After you accept it seems to upload all of your contacts immediately. I see no way to remove this data from their server. I can't even go back to look at the agreement again.
Uploading personal data is never acceptable without making it very clear what is happening first. That warning should be separate and specific.
Privacy Issues.

This app goes through your contact list and sends data back to their servers. This level of privacy breach should e made clear in the description, not just the EULA.
READ THE USER AGREEMENT!!!

Nuance uploads your contacts to their server and may transmit them to your carrier. I'm not sure name recognition accuracy is justification to have your complete address book. Fix this intrusion and I will trumpet the software. It is a great idea.
