That's not true!

First of all, it doesn't make sense for a small and unarmed fishing boat to attempt to collide with a heavy-duty armed coast guard ship. More decisively, the distribution of the bullets shows that the shooting came from elevated positions on the left side of the fishing vessel, indicating that the coast guard ship was in fact tagging along to the left side of the fishing boat and continuously opening fire on the vessel, TRYING TO KILL EVERYONE INSIDE.

At this moment, the Philippines government still insists on the legality of the act and has no intention to investigate the killing as a criminal case, nor to prosecute the killers. The feeble apology it offered still phrased the killing as a mere accident which occurred during regular coast guard mission.

It is UNACCEPTABLE for the Philippines government to protect murderers.

Taiwanese people love peace, but they are not weak.
We hope that people all over the world can help us send out the truth to everyone.

菲律賓海岸巡防隊，於台灣與菲律賓雙方重疊的經濟海域上殺害了手無寸鐵的台灣漁民，
而當時兩國並未處於交戰狀態。
武裝士兵殺害手無寸鐵的平民，這是不公不義，不可原諒的反人類罪行。

在台灣漁船上共發現了52個彈孔，證明了菲律賓海岸巡防隊並非誤殺，而是謀殺。

菲律賓政府聲稱此系由於台灣漁船先行衝撞菲律賓海岸巡防隊所致...這完全不是事實！

一艘毫無武裝的小漁船衝撞火力十足的海岸巡防艦？這是完全不合理的。

而且彈孔的分布顯示, 漁船是遭受來自左上方的射擊, 也就是說, 菲律賓海岸巡防隊是跟在漁船的左方不斷向漁船開槍, 試圖殺死所有船上漁民.

至今菲律賓政府仍強調此事件為合法行為, 不願承諾對開槍水警做刑事調查或起訴. 菲律賓政府草率的道歉仍舊視此事件為水警執法時的意外.

菲律賓政府如此包庇兇手，我們不能接受。

我們愛好和平，但絕不是軟弱。

她寫的是"proves"(動詞)不是"prove"(你以為她把proves當複數名詞用而prove的名詞是proof), 你反而把正確的說法"糾正"成錯誤的

最後為什麼不應該用複數"evidences"的原因請自行google

CNN的 total now 49.,前面也沒加 "a",你要前面不加 "a".,

The truth behind the incident between Taiwan and the Philippines which occurred on 2013/05/09 GMT+8

The Philippine Coast Guard shot and killed an unarmed Taiwanese fisherman in the overlapping parts of the Exclusive Economic Zones between Taiwan and the Philippines, despite the fact that the two countries were not in a state of belligerency.

Armed law enforcement killing an unarmed civilian is injustice and a crime against humanity. A total of 52 bullet holes were found on the Taiwanese fishing vessel which proves that it was not an unintentional killing by the Philippines Coast Guard, but rather murder.

The Philippines government claimed this incident occurred as a result of the Taiwanese fishing vessel trying to ram the Philippines Coast Guard, but that could not be further from the truth! The Philippines government is unable to produce any form of evidence to support their story. It makes no sense that a small and unarmed fishing boat would try to ram a heavily armed coast guard ship. In addition, there were no signs of collision on the fishing boat which proves that the Philippines government's claim is a complete fabrication of the truth.

It is unacceptable that the Philippines government is harboring murderers. 5,000 years of Chinese civilization taught us to love peace, but not be weak. We hope citizens of the world can help us spread the truth.

基本上我不建議用全部大寫的子與驚嘆號因為這代表著激動的情緒. 太情緒化的文章是不會有人認真對待的, 所以在我的版本幾乎都沒有用. 還有我必須要說的是evidence的複數還是evidence, 沒有加s. 其它的我就不多說了...
