越南出口給頂新油品的公司也是台灣人的公司，所以invoice, packing list等都是可以配合進口商頂新的，甚至所謂的私人公證文件，在那些地方都有可能是用錢就能解決。澳洲如果是澳洲政府出示可食用(但不一定會如所願寫「it for human use」，這樣寫是不是只能人吃？貓狗其它動物不能吃？)，我會相信，因為一個國家不可能為了一個私人公司的生意而造假自毀在國際上的形象，尤其澳洲並非第3世界的國家。
如果南僑真的是進口食品用，為了規避進口食品用稅則的麻煩而用工業用進口(有時進口商的心態就是找對自己最有利的稅則進口)，被抓了，卻說誤植，只能說很不智，誤植會錯那麼多次？承認便宜行事可化解食品用與工業用爭議的大麻煩，賠上的只是不按食品進口的罰款，結果也許南僑想顧公司的形象，用誤植來解釋，反而更多的疑問產生。人有時要當下承認錯誤真的很難。
