台灣的科技公司，其實都和美國員工描述的差不多，工作都很爛。

我22年，做了3間不算差的科技公司員工後，FIRE了自己，我想試一下，不靠公司，只靠自己，到底活的怎樣。

5年後，我知道那時候的感覺是對的，工作很爛，都在撐時間、推責任、領薪水、等變老。

FIRE自己後，唸書、研究問題、解決問題、得到投資收益，其餘的時間照顧父母、小孩、親友，時間不再覺得是浪費了。

對啊，不能忍受工作壓力和某些不良管理文化的員工，已離職，

包括這位無名氏......“TSMC was the worst possible place to work on Earth,”

其實看了整篇這位記者 Viola周的文章，不明白題目所講的"debacle 失敗"是在何處，

當然，通過一些現任或前任員工，指露企業內部工作環境不良或管理不善等，
絕對好事一件，

如果文章有獨家消息說要撤廠，相信會更有吸引力，

上面特別截取的一小段，其中那句，google 譯：
管理階層將美國人排除在用國語舉行的高層會議之外。

如果真是原訪問原句無改的話，記者並沒有告訴讀者，講那句的人是什麼層級的管理人，

但一邊說是高層會議，一邊說"拒絕美國人(們)" ,

不知道這位周記者是否想無意地帶動或挑戰自己的種族主義方向
