我們公司(美商, 在新北市有分公司)要在台灣請一名負責亞太地區系統維護(硬體+軟體)的資訊人員. 請問這種工作的薪水在台灣大概要開年薪多少? 目前公司在亞太地區有9個據點約有45名員工(新北市的據點職員最多而且地點適中所以要把人放在台灣). 我不是IT領域只是剛好大老闆要在台灣找人所以幫忙問一下.這個職位除了一般IT硬體軟體的經驗知識以外, 英文一定要好. 畢竟要匯報在美國的老闆而且要跟美國的IT Consultant討論又要支援日韓新泰印等地. 以下是這個職位的job description. 在這先感謝各位大德幫忙!!
Functional Scope:
Provides hardware and software support for all PCs, servers and network operations at REL AsiaPac sites and for other users and locations as required.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Essential Job Functions:
•Shall be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd tier support for regional server networks, email databases, and desktop/laptop hardware, applications and peripherals. Refers Microsoft Dynamics, xRM and Great Plains application issues to HBS for resolution.
•Load/Reload/Upgrade Servers and Desktop PCs to company specifications as required.
•Perform preventative maintenance and software updates/patches to servers and desktops.
•Provide support to end users in the basic use of their PC for functions such as sending and receiving email, printing, sharing files.
•Provide support to end users such as resetting passwords, unlocking records and performing other 1st tier support to Microsoft Dynamics, xRM and Great Plains applications.
•Perform basic data network support such as contacting private network provider to report downed circuits, install/upgrade routers, hubs and other networked devices.
•Perform Audits on PC hardware and software for Inventory and Licensing purposes.
•Enter all support calls and resolutions into helpdesk database.
•Quote/purchase/receive/image and ship equipment according to corporate standards.
•Training of users on effective/efficient use Microsoft 2013 desktop applications in order to improve productivity.
•Liaison between sales managers and HBS to better communicate and address the regional needs.
•Answering non-Urgent question and answer (Q&A) emails to helpdesk for other regions as time permits. When unable to answer problems, shall determine the priority and will then either email or wake HBS support staff.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Must have at least 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows servers, Microsoft Exchange Servers, and desktops (95 through XP) in a corporate environment. MCSE certification required. Previous helpdesk experience a plus.
2. Must be very self motivated, have excellent writing and spoken communication skills and be comfortable receiving majority of direction and supervision by phone and email from HBS Director of Infrastructure. Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Thai a plus.
Working Environment:
1. Must be able to be on call 24x7x365 for system emergencies and proactive maintenance.
2. Travel to USA as needed.
3. Travel to some/all AsiaPac offices (but not limited to) travel to China, Japan, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, as required.
4. Occasional heavy lifting required for shipping, unpacking and imaging/configuration of PCs and Servers.
