我大學畢業一年多了
自己一直有在背單字 也會練習做題目
但感覺很辛苦...感覺停滯不前
對英文越來越有害怕的感覺 英文也不太敢開口
希望自己能把英文學好 對職場更有幫助
因為國中補習補太多了 我有點反感補習班
不知道有沒有更好的方法或者能給我一點建議

It has been more than a year since I graduated from my university.
I keep trying to memorize English words and I also do the problem sets.
But it is really hard and I feel like I made very little or no progress at all.
I am more and more scared of English and I wouldn't even dare to start a conversation.
I hope I can learn English well and use it to help my career achievement.
During my high school period, I attended to a lot of these Chinese Learning Center classes, also known as after-school-program, which was designed to boost my test scores. As an result of this, I am very sick of this type of program.
Can you guys give me any suggestion or more effective way to learn English?
