The Police investigation has now finished and the evidence obtained
during the
investigation has been seriously considered. As there is insufficient
evidence to support
a charge against any person, there will be no prosecution action at this at
this stage. If in
the future, any additional information becomes available, implicating any
person in this
incident, then the case will be further considered.
